The Role

• Coach a team to peak performance while ensuring successful project delivery.
• Champion Agile best practices and ensure their correct understanding among team members and stakeholders.
• Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow to drive process improvements.
• Focus on achieving sprint goals and delivering projects that meet key outcomes.
• Support Navy clients in modernizing their systems and processes.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Agile metrics.
• A Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree.
