We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our People team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. In this role, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle, from building sourcing strategies and engaging top talent to partnering with hiring managers and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units and functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a consistent, high-quality hiring experience from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on job scoping, interview structure, selection criteria, and market-informed hiring decisions.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build diverse, qualified candidate pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments including resume reviews, phone screens, to evaluate qualifications and competencies.
- Facilitate the interview process end-to-end, including coordinating interview panels, aligning on evaluation criteria, and guiding hiring teams toward timely and well-informed decisions.
- Extend and negotiate competitive job offers, balancing candidate expectations with internal compensation guidelines and equity considerations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition records in the ATS, ensuring data integrity to support reporting and compliance requirements.
- Track and analyze personal and portfolio-level recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and offer acceptance rates, to identify trends and continuously improve approach.
- Cultivate and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for recurring and anticipated hiring needs, reducing time-to-fill and reliance on reactive sourcing.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and hiring leaders to align recruitment activity with broader workforce planning and business objectives.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts, recruitment marketing campaigns, and talent-focused events to strengthen the organization's presence in the talent market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar role, preferably within the entertainment or media industry.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting techniques and best practices.
- Experience in recruiting for a variety of roles, including creative, technical, and business positions.
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to leverage various recruitment channels to identify and attract top talent.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidates' qualifications and team culture
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
