Responsibilities

• Prepare all beverages accurately and consistently
• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Demonstrates full knowledge of bar menu and passes Barista test.
• Maintain garnish prep and freshness
• Check orders for accuracy before serving them to guests.
• Maintain clean and organized barista areas.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to accommodate new guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Familiarize yourself with the menu to make recommendations and upsell featured items.
• Inform guests about promotions, special events, etc.
• Embrace a positive and inclusive role within the Vicious Biscuit culture, actively engaging in teamwork, expressing enthusiasm for personal growth and development, and steadfastly upholding a commitment to excellence.
• Support Front of House operations as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 21 years of age, as this role will pour and serve alcohol
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality and service.
• Demonstrate a commitment to servant leadership as a core value of the Vicious Biscuit brand.
• Food safety and alcohol certifications recommended and will be required after 30 days of employment.
