Program Coordinator - Staffing

Under the direction of the Sr. Manager Workforce, the Workforce Coordinator implements and is accountable for overseeing the hiring of the Oregon Medical Group and Oregon Clinical Programs support caregivers into the Centralized Staffing Team. Responsible for delivering business value through effective coordination of services, this position is responsible for working with Talent Acquisition, Centralized Staffing Team Leaders, Clinic leaders and Workforce Education for the hiring and onboarding processes. This position is responsible for analyzing the needs of the medical group to determine the predictive hiring levels for each position in the Centralized Staffing Team in partnership with clinic leaders. This position will be responsible for ensuring completion of required education and training to maintain compliance with current standards and expectations of each role in the onboarding process. Finally, the Workforce Specialist maintains and utilizes hiring and staffing metrics and analyzes results for constant quality improvement, which are implemented and tracked to ensure our clinics are staffed at optimal levels with the right people at the right time.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent educ/experience

  • 3 years applicable experience

  • Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.

  • 1 year of experience in interviewing or recruitment processes.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
