Glow Midwifery is a small, concierge midwifery practicing offering full-scope care with births in the hospital. It is midwife-owned and run, and is located in Gilbert, Arizona.

As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to help us care for our beloved patients with the same thoughtful, individualized approach they have come to expect from Glow.

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with at least two years of clinical experience in women’s health.
This position is expected to average approximately 20 hours per week. Our ideal schedule would be shorter daily shifts (for example, 4 hours per day, 5 days per week), though we are open to discussing alternative arrangements for the right candidate.
This role is particularly well-suited for someone who wants to remain engaged in meaningful clinical work while maintaining time and energy for family, hobbies, travel, community involvement, or other pursuits outside the office.
The position will primarily focus on gynecology, pregnancy-related care, menopause management, wellness, and basic fertility evaluation and treatment. There is significant opportunity for the role to grow and evolve over time based on the interests and strengths of the provider we hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive gynecologic care across the lifespan
- Evaluate and manage routine pregnancy concerns and prenatal needs
- Provide menopause and perimenopause care
- Perform annual exams, preventive care visits, contraceptive counseling, and routine women's health services
- Conduct basic infertility workups and initiate first-line treatments
- Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic women's health conditions
- Perform office procedures including IUD insertion and removal, Nexplanon management, endometrial biopsies, etc.
- Collaborate warmly and professionally with the Glow team
- Maintain timely documentation and patient communication
Optional Primary Care Component
Candidates with primary care experience may have the opportunity to incorporate preventive and basic primary care into their practice. However, primary care experience is not required for this position. Candidates who prefer to focus exclusively on women’s health are encouraged to apply. Qualifications
Required:
- WHNP board certification
- Active Arizona APRN license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA registration
- Minimum two years of clinical experience in women’s health
- Strong competence in gynecology, prenatal, and menopause management
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to practice independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Preferred:
- Experience with fertility evaluation and treatment
- Primary care experience
- Additional certifications or areas of clinical expertise
