    • Implement and maintain forecasting methods (moving averages, trend projections, and seasonality adjustments) to maintain data-driven replenishment methods.
    • Develop and lead collaborative planning sessions with key global providers to ensure capacity is reserved in alignment with projected growth.
    • Monitor and incorporate macroeconomic indicators (interest rates, consumer spending trends, fitness industry shifts) into the demand model to proactively adjust inventory positions.
    • Establish "Forecasting Guardrails" and alert systems that allow the team to manage by exception—focusing executive attention on significant deviations from the plan.
    • New Product Introduction (NPI) Planning: Lead the supply chain readiness for new fitness concepts or equipment launches, ensuring "Phase-in/Phase-out" plans minimize the risk of inventory obsolescence.

Finance, Accounting, & Payables Alignment

    • Act as the primary supply chain liaison to the CAO, CFO, in partnership with the Operations Executive Team, ensuring all supply chain strategies are fully integrated with corporate financial objectives pertaining to accounting and finance flows.
    • In partnership with the inventory accounting team ensure accurate reporting, inventory status, location, and value.

    • Serve as the Supply Chain point of contact for internal and external auditors; establish a "culture of audit-readiness" through rigorous documentation of procurement approvals and system logs.
    • In partnership with accounting and finance, maintain formal cadences for month-end close and forecast updates.
    • Enforce strict systemic reconciliation (Purchase Order vs. Receiving Report vs. Vendor Invoice) to eliminate payment discrepancies and process inconsistencies.

Vendor Lifecycle & Relationship Management

    • Manage a diversified global vendor strategy ensuring supply chain continuity across multiple geographic regions.
    • Focus vendor relationships from transactional "supplier" status to "strategic partners," aligning factory roadmaps with the company’s long-term product innovation and scaling goals.

    • Manage a financial, technical, reputation, and operational vetting process for all third party vendors.
    • Lead the negotiation and maintenance of all global MSAs, ensuring the company is protected via clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality benchmarks, and remedies for non-performance.
    • Host monthly and quarterly high-level business reviews with internal executive team and vendor principals to synchronize on performance metrics, forward-looking forecasts, and strategic initiatives.

Franchise Network Support & Customer Experience

    • Customer Experience (CX) Strategy: Define and lead the overarching "Equipment Experience" strategy, ensuring every franchisee interaction with the supply chain is professional, transparent, timely, and frictionless.
    • Enhance formal feedback loops (surveys, impact analysis, etc) to capture franchisee pain points and translate them into structural supply chain improvements.
    • Design, implement, and monitor internal "Service Excellence" KPIs that govern responsiveness, order accuracy, and issue resolution timelines for the global network.
    • Architect a proactive notification system that alerts franchisees to potential shipping delays or supply constraints before they impact construction or opening timelines.
    • Evaluate and implement high-efficiency support models to provide specialized assistance during the critical 90-day window before a new studio launch.
    • Lead the development and adoption of a Franchisee Self-Service Portal empowering owners with 24/7 visibility into order status, real-time tracking, and automations.
    • Act as the bridge between Supply Chain and the Onboarding Operations/Real Estate teams to ensure equipment arrival is perfectly synchronized with franchise location opening dates.
    • Establish a robust executive escalation protocol for "Critical Path" issues, ensuring that high-impact franchisee grievances are resolved with priority and a formal root-cause analysis.
    • Develop "Supply Chain Literacy" training and resources for the franchise network, helping owners understand lead times, logistics terminology, and how to optimize their own equipment refresh cycles.

Requirements
