Desktop/Network Support Technician

Salary: $25 per hour
We are seeking a Desktop/Network Support Technician to join our team. This person will provide frontline technical support for computer systems, network infrastructure, and end-user devices. This role ensures reliable operation of hardware, software, and connectivity across the organization. While maintaining a positive attitude and providing team support. Nextgen experience is preferred. Individuals in this position will be providing support to Nextgen users and troubleshooting issues within this program, help with upgrades and deployment of Nextgen.
