Acadental is seeking an Academic Programs Coordinator to support dental and dental hygiene educational programs across North America. This role serves as a key link between customers, account management, customer support, operations, and product implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Support faculty and staff with product questions and requests
  • Coordinate customer projects, product implementations, and onboarding
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and assist with account management activities
  • Process orders, invoicing, and shipping requests
  • Maintain customer records and CRM data
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights internally
  • Support pilot programs and educational technology initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with a professional, customer-focused attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software
