Acadental is seeking an Academic Programs Coordinator to support dental and dental hygiene educational programs across North America. This role serves as a key link between customers, account management, customer support, operations, and product implementation.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Support faculty and staff with product questions and requests
- Coordinate customer projects, product implementations, and onboarding
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and assist with account management activities
- Process orders, invoicing, and shipping requests
- Maintain customer records and CRM data
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights internally
- Support pilot programs and educational technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with a professional, customer-focused attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software
