Director of Procurement

We are currently partnering with a growing, successful company that is looking to add a Director of Procurement to their leadership team. This role will lead procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead all procurement and strategic sourcing activities across the organization
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to improve cost, quality, and supplier performance
• Manage and mentor procurement staff while building a high-performing team
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, production, and finance teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within procurement processes and systems
• Lead ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• 10+ years of procurement experience within food manufacturing or CPG environments required
• Strong leadership and staff management experience required
• Experience with Microsoft D365 required
• Proven track record of strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation: $150,000 - $165,000 base salary, depending on experience
