Qualified candidates will have the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Over 4 years of experience working with packaging equipment (preferably an FDA regulated environment).
• Strong background in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proven track record in leading capital projects from conception through execution.
• Ability to manage complex vendor relationships and equipment specifications.
• Skilled in process development, preventative maintenance, and operational efficiency.
• Experience with quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in an engineering environment.
• Competence in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster stakeholder relationships.
