About the Role

We're looking for a skilled, client-focused attorney to join our team. This is a hybrid remote/in-person position with flexible scheduling options. We welcome both full-time and part-time candidates and are open to discussing creative arrangements to work for the right person.

What You'll Do

• Advise clients on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents
• Represent clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions (purchases, sales, refi, leases)
• Collaborate with a close-knit team of attorneys and paralegals in a supportive, client-first environment

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in real estate law and estate planning (required)
• Probate experience in Connecticut (preferred)
• Business law and/or commercial real estate experience (preferred)
• Bank closing representation experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to client service
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, small-firm setting

What We Offer

• Competitive compensation commensurate with experience ($125,000 to $175,000, open to negotiation)
