Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Escrow Processor for a full-time, on-site role in Beaumont, TX. The Commercial Escrow Processor will manage the escrow process by preparing and reviewing documents, coordinating closings, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The individual will work closely with escrow officers, clients, and other parties to facilitate seamless and timely closings for commercial transactions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Escrow processes, Closings, and Notary services preferred
• Strong Customer Service skills, with a professional and client-focused approach
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant technology and software used in the title insurance and escrow industry
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in escrow or title work is a plus
