Director of Admissions and Enrollment
Crossover
While most enrollment positions prioritize volume, this role is designed to uphold standards.
Alpha is developing one of the world's most ambitious educational models. Our campuses integrate rigorous academic programming, technology-enabled instruction, and elevated expectations for both students and faculty. Student learning velocity consistently exceeds national benchmarks, supported by measurable data. Afternoon hours are dedicated to deeper exploration, independent work, and practical skill development. The model delivers results. But those results depend on enrolling the right families.
This is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and concluding with family onboarding. This is not a relay role. You determine how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment decisions reflect genuine alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. Maximum capacity is not the objective. Mission alignment is.
We welcome candidates from premium service sectors outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive admissions programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership services, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen complex, high-value client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capability to execute a sophisticated, multi-phase engagement with sound judgment, transparency, and reliability.
If your professional background centers on delivering exceptional service where confidence, professionalism, and experience quality represent the brand promise, this role will resonate—applied now to work that demonstrably improves lives.
This is a salaried, full-time, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Chicago, Nashville, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Southlake, and Houston. Relocation assistance is provided.
What You Will Be Doing
- Taking ownership of the complete enrollment process for prospective families, spanning first interaction through final onboarding.
- Facilitating consultative conversations to evaluate compatibility before proposing solutions or advising on next actions.
- Overseeing 20+ concurrent family relationships at varying stages of enrollment, maintaining clear tracking of status and scheduled follow-ups.
- Delivering campus tours, student shadow visits, and decision-stage conversations that articulate outcomes, expectations, and the intended audience for the model.
- Ensuring precise CRM and enrollment data management (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, task prioritization, and consistent service delivery.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Applying transactional or aggressive conversion tactics.
- Accepting families who lack alignment merely to satisfy enrollment targets.
- Overseeing a sizable team or working within multi-layered approval structures.
- Distributing responsibility for the family experience across multiple staff members.
- Operating remotely. This position is intentionally campus-based.
