What We Want
The Program Aide will assist Joanna Lahey by collecting literature, performing literature reviews, doing data analyses using Stata, writing papers, and formatting articles for journal submission.

Salary: Compensation will be commensurate to the selected hire’s experience.

Essential Duties/Tasks
- Coding - Clean and manage software code.
- Analyzing Data - Analyze data using Stata and Excel.
- Literature Collection - Collect and summarize literature to present to supervisor. Organize plans for revision and resubmission of journal submissions.
Qualifications
Required Education
- High school diploma/GED.
- No prior experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Research experience in Public Service and Administration.
- Graduate of Texas A&M University.
- Experience with Stata.
