Marketing & Communications Coordinator

JustinBradley’s client, a multinational media and entertainment company, is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and engagement. This role will work closely with internal teams to coordinate campaigns, manage promotional activities, maintain marketing materials, and support communications strategies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

100% onsite to Burbank, CA.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing and communications campaigns that align with organizational goals and brand standards.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of communication strategies and promotional initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and project timelines.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize data to create marketing reports and track campaign performance.
  • Ensure all marketing and promotional materials comply with company branding guidelines.
  • Coordinate with creative and graphic design teams to develop, update, and distribute promotional materials.
  • Maintain inventory of marketing materials and manage ordering and distribution as needed.
  • Research competitors, industry trends, and market activity to support marketing efforts.
  • Assist with planning, organizing, and executing promotional events and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, templates, and processes to improve team efficiency.
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, Airtable, and Microsoft Copilot to organize information, track projects, and support reporting needs.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing and communications team.

Must Have Skills / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting marketing, communications, administrative, customer service, or related functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally across all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated initiative and a solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and software platforms quickly.
  • Experience creating processes, templates, or standard operating procedures.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in customer service or other fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
  • Familiarity with Airtable and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, or communications initiatives.
