BODYROK Napa Solano is seeking a passionate, results-driven Area Fitness Manager to lead and support our growing team of instructors across multiple studio locations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced fitness leader who thrives on developing talent, delivering exceptional member experiences, and driving operational excellence in a high-energy boutique fitness environment.

As the Area Fitness Manager, you will serve as the fitness leader for your region, ensuring consistency in instructor performance, class quality, member engagement, and brand standards across all assigned studios. You'll play a critical role in recruiting, training, mentoring, and inspiring instructors while partnering with studio leadership to support growth and performance goals.

What You'll Do

Lead and Develop Instructors

  • Recruit, audition, onboard, and train new instructors in collaboration with the Training Manager.
  • Conduct class evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Lead instructor development programs, workshops, and continuing education initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and professional growth.
  • Identify, train, and support lead instructors
  • Ensure all instructors consistently deliver the BODYROK method and brand experience.

Drive Fitness Excellence

  • Maintain high standards for class quality, safety, and programming execution.
  • Monitor instructor performance and member feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and fitness protocols.
  • Support studio openings, instructor launches, and special fitness initiatives.

Enhance the Member Experience

  • Champion an exceptional, community-focused member experience.
  • Partner with studio teams to improve member engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Address member concerns related to fitness programming and instruction.
  • Promote a positive and motivating studio culture.

Support Business Growth

  • Analyze performance metrics including attendance, utilization, retention, and instructor effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Studio Managers and leadership teams to achieve studio goals.
  • Help identify opportunities to increase member engagement and studio performance.
  • Contribute to regional fitness strategies and initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of fitness management, instructor leadership, or multi-unit fitness experience.
  • Proven success recruiting, coaching, and developing fitness professionals.
  • Strong understanding of group fitness, Pilates, strength training, and boutique fitness operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate teams and drive accountability.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • CPR/AED certification required.
  • Nationally recognized fitness certification preferred (NASM, ACE, ACSM, AFAA, Balanced Body, or equivalent).
  • Ability to travel regularly between studio locations.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
