Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and organized Office Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and business partners. This role supports daily office operations by managing communications, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and assist customers in a professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
  • Assist with data entry and general administrative duties

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
  • Basic computer skills, including email, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Reliable and detail-oriented
