Position Overview
The Travel Care Coordinator supports clients throughout the travel planning process by assisting with coordination, communication, and travel-related support. This role focuses on providing organized and responsive service while helping ensure travel details are managed accurately and efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel planning support and reservation coordination
- Communicate travel updates, confirmations, and itinerary information
- Review travel details to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support modifications and adjustments to travel arrangements as needed
- Maintain organized records of client communication and travel plans
- Collaborate with travel partners and vendors regarding reservations and scheduling
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable using online systems and digital communication tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment
- Self-motivated with strong follow-through skills
- Experience in customer support, hospitality, or administrative coordination is helpful
