TRA Medical Imaging is seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Operations Supervisor II (SOS II) to lead operational excellence across our Olympia and Lakewood outpatient imaging centers. This leadership role is ideal for a healthcare operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at developing high-performing teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences.

As a Site Operations Supervisor II, you will oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, workflow optimization, accreditation readiness, patient satisfaction, and financial stewardship while partnering with physicians, radiologists, modality specialists, and executive leadership to drive organizational success.

This role will supervise both the Olympia and Lakewood locations and requires regular travel between sites.

Pay and Benefits

Compensation

$77,863 - $97,667 annually

What You'll Do

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee operations for multiple outpatient imaging centers
  • Ensure efficient patient flow, operational continuity, and exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with leadership to standardize workflows and improve operational performance
  • Develop and implement strategies that support clinic growth, efficiency, and service excellence
  • Monitor patient volumes, staffing needs, and operational metrics to meet organizational goals
  • Manage site budgets and operational resources

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative staff
  • Manage employee performance and support professional growth
  • Coordinate onboarding and ongoing staff training
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with radiologists, modality specialists, and leadership to ensure operational success

Staffing & Workforce Management

  • Manage schedules and staffing allocations
  • Approve and track employee timecards, PTO, overtime, and leave requests
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Payroll to ensure compliance with employment regulations
  • Support workforce planning initiatives

Quality, Compliance & Accreditation

  • Maintain accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives
  • Monitor patient and staff safety programs
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and operational continuity plans

Site & Resource Management

  • Oversee facility improvement projects and capital equipment initiatives
  • Manage supply purchasing and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with Marketing to monitor patient and referring provider satisfaction metrics

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of supervisory or management experience in a multi-modality radiology clinic, imaging center, or hospital setting
  • Experience with RIS/PACS systems
  • Experience managing healthcare operations, staffing, and accreditation activities
