We’re looking for a data-driven and strategic Sourcing Analytics Lead to join our global sourcing team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sourcing, this role combines data analytics, capacity planning, and strategic reporting to drive smarter decisions across our supply chain. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, business acumen, and a passion for solving complex problems, and turning data into actionable insights that create real impact.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain mill and factory capacity plans; proactively flag risks to inform proactive sourcing decisions
  • Monitor and report raw material and production liabilities; partner with finance & sourcing to manage exposure
  • Analyze spend, supplier performance, market trends to support sourcing strategies
  • Build dashboards and reports to track savings, compliance, and KPIs
  • Provide clear, data-backed insights to guide supplier negotiations and decision making
  • Support vendor allocation with capacity and cost visibility
  • Lead department-level reporting efforts (ex: griege bookings, capacity tracking, liabilities)
  • Enhance reporting tools and processes for accuracy and efficiency

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Deep understanding of global sourcing operations, capacity planning and supplier performance metrics
  • Financial acumen in cost structures, liabilities, and margin impact
  • Ability to simplify complex data and clearly communicate insights
  • Effective communicator, comfortable presenting to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in finance, economics, statistics, or supply chain
  • 5+ years’ experience in a sourcing, procurement analytics or supply chain
  • Apparel / Textile experience preferred
  • Project Management / Operations experience, preferred
  • SAP and Business Objects experience
