Job Summary

The Graphic Designer is responsible for executing creative design projects across print and digital platforms to support brand marketing initiatives. This role works closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling visuals aligned with brand standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong conceptual thinking, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of design trends and technology to produce high-impact campaigns, collateral, and digital content. The Graphic Designer must be an effective collaborator, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence.

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Independently design and produce creative assets across a variety of media, including advertisements, sales collateral, posters, animations, digital graphics, and integrated campaign materials.

• Translate marketing objectives and creative briefs into visually compelling concepts that support brand and business goals.

• Participate in concept development and creative ideation, contributing original ideas and visual directions for campaigns and initiatives.

• Maintain and enforce brand identity standards by ensuring consistent and appropriate use of brand assets across all deliverables.

• Exercise professional judgment in interpreting and applying brand guidelines while adapting creative solutions to specific audiences and channels.

• Serve as a subject-matter resource on visual standards, design best practices, and creative execution.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams to understand project needs, timelines, and priorities.

• Partner with the Creative Director to prioritize work, manage competing deadlines, and balance creative resources.

• Communicate creative concepts clearly and persuasively in reviews, presentations, and stakeholder discussions.

• Manage projects through all phases of the creative process, from concept through final execution, ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency.

• Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and techniques, proactively recommending enhancements to creative output and processes.

• Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, asset organization, and production efficiency.

• Perform other related duties as assigned in support of marketing initiatives and brand development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience in professional graphic design experience in an in-house, agency, or brand-focused environment.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in professional graphic design experience in an in-house, agency, or brand-focused environment, preferably in a eMobility, consumer electronics, or powersports.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage creative projects and exercise judgment in design decisions.

• Strong understanding of branding, visual systems, typography, layout, and multi-channel design.

• Proven ability to contribute at a conceptual level, not solely production execution.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, concept development, and high-quality execution across digital and print media.

• Strategic thinker with a high degree of ownership, execution capability, and a results-oriented approach.

• Experience working in a multinational company within an international team is a plus.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.

Physical Demands

This position is primarily office-based and requires prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer using standard office equipment. The role involves frequent visual concentration and collaboration with internal teams. Occasional extended hours may be required to meet campaign deadlines. The employee must often lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
