Executive Assistant – Commercial Real Estate

IPRG (www.iprgnj.com) is a commercial real estate investment and advisory firm focused on the New Jersey market. We work on high-stakes multifamily development, acquisition, and disposition assignments across Jersey City, Newark, and the broader metro area. We're looking for a sharp, motivated Executive Assistant to support our dealmaking and advisory operations from day one.

What You'll Do

• Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and communications across deals and client relationships

• Support transaction coordination — tracking timelines, due diligence checklists, and deal milestones

• Assist in the production of Offering Memoranda, pitch decks, and marketing materials

• Conduct research on properties, submarkets, zoning, and comparable transactions

• Draft and proofread client-facing correspondence, reports, and presentations

• Maintain CRM records, deal pipelines, and internal databases

• Handle general office administration and keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• 0–5 years of experience in a professional services, real estate, or finance environment

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) — Adobe InDesign or Canva a MAJOR plus

• Interest in commercial real estate, investment analysis, or urban development

• Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through without being prompted

• Bachelor's degree preferred
