WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Welcoming patients and creating an exceptional experience for every family who walks through our doors.

• Managing patient scheduling, check-ins, check-outs, and payments.

• Answering phones, text messages, and patient questions.

• Helping maintain smooth office flow throughout the day.

• Supporting office organization and administrative projects.

• Assisting with occasional photos, videos, community events, and marketing projects.

• Holding babies, playing with toddlers, offering snacks, organizing toys, and helping families feel completely at home.

• Supporting the doctors and team however needed to ensure every patient receives an outstanding experience.

• You love working with children and families.

• You enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life.

• You are dependable and take pride in your work.

• You are organized and detail-oriented.

SCHEDULE

We are open to either part-time or full-time for the right candidate.

Monday - Thursday

12:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Saturday

8:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Additional hours may be available depending on responsibilities and the needs of the practice.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$23-$27 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
