Chelsea Hoyes with Connexa Search is seeking a Controller for a family office. This role is hybrid and is highly visible and a growth opportunity.

About the Role

This role involves taking full ownership of accounting processes from day to day operational tasks to strategic financial statements and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Founder/President
• Lead all accounting functions for a multi-entity/multi-location organization
• Create and maintain month end close
• Prepare and present financial statements, reporting, and cash positioning
• Collaborate with external CPA
• High focus on continuous improvements, process efficiency, and ownership of role

Qualifications

• 5+ years' of professional accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
• CPA preferred
