Operations Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for our 3rd shift operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production activities, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to safety protocols. This role is critical in maintaining high standards of quality and performance within our food and beverage processing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff during the 3rd shift.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Implement and maintain GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) throughout the operations.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize production workflows and resolve any issues.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Operations Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of GMP and food and beverage industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in management or related field is a plus.
