Wepartner with pharmaceutical and biotech companies, healthcare, food andbeverage producers, automotive and tooling innovators, and both contractresearch organizations (CROs) and contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs)to keep their operations running at peak performance.

About the Role

As a CBRE LIS Sr. Coordinator, you will provide support services tofacilitate the repair, maintenance, calibration, and certification oflaboratory instrumentation.

This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function.They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical clientenvironments.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate vendor maintenance activities on lab instrumentation

Perform reoccurring lab inventories of lab assets across the site

Conduct the review of certificates and test reports related to the GoodPractice (GxP) pipette or similar instrument certificates.

Work with staff about services required for installation, maintenance,moves, and relocations.

Act as the first point of contact for all third-party contractors.Ensure that they have a valid EHS and GMP induction, a thorough riskassessment, and an official method statement and permit before work begins.

Ensure customer requirements are met based on a review of GxP pipetteor similar instrument certificates and test records provided by the third-partyservice providers.

Document maintenance activities in CBRE CMMS and client CMMS.

Escort laboratory vendors to and from the lab, including during lunchbreaks.

Ensure purchase orders are in place before the start of non-contractwork.

Assist in audit preparation and review documentation for inspection andaudit purposes.

Oversee training department personnel for the review of GxP pipette orsimilar certificates and test reports.

Follow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular butmoderate supervision and guidance.

Verify that invoices are processed for payment to a third party forpipettes.

Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in ownwork area without supervisory approval.

Evaluate and select solutions from established options.

Impact team through the quality of the services or informationprovided.

Follow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular butmoderate supervision and guidance.

What You’ll Need

High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.

An established understanding of work routines and standards andapplying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systemsare required.

Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity toreview and select solutions from available options without supervisoryapproval.

Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the teamin a clear and concise manner.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word,Excel, Outlook, etc.

Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.

General math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such aspercentages, discounts, and markups or complicated information within the team.
