Customer Service Representative

Position Summary – Full-time position primarily responsible for providing superior customer service, both on the phone and in person, doing daily processing work, completing and processing loan applications, collecting payments, and making collection calls

Preferred Skills and Knowledge – High School diploma or equivalent degree required, ability to take payments and maintain a cash drawer, exceptional communication and customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
