Company Description
The Mail Clerk is a support role to assist the Post Closing Department achieve set turn times and allocate incoming mail to the appropriate personnel and/or files.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
· Receive, sort, and scan all incoming mail & packages.
· Collate, label, and file documents as necessary.
· Assist with filing, creating shipping labels, preparing documentation for shipping as needed.
· Responsible for tracking/logging movement on mail.
· Distribute physical mail when necessary.
· Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
· Strong written and verbal communication.
· Reliable and highly efficient
· Office experience preferred
· Highly organized and detail oriented.
· Basic computer skills required.
· Adaptable and open to change.
· High school diploma or equivalent required. College graduate preferred.
Job Type: 30-40 hours per week
Starting Pay: $41,000 - $45,000/yr
