We are seeking a talented Interior Architectural Drafter / Revit Specialist to join our team and work directly alongside the project lead / principal designer.

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated professional who is passionate about interior architecture, technical design, and creating exceptional spaces. This role will support hospitality, gaming, commercial, and specialty projects from concept through construction.

The ideal candidate combines strong Revit and technical drafting abilities with an understanding of interior architecture and construction documentation. This position is primarily focused on Revit production, BIM modeling, field measurements, existing conditions documentation, renderings, and project support.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed construction documents using Revit.
• Create and maintain BIM models for interior architecture projects.
• Conduct field measurements and document existing conditions.
• Prepare floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, details, and finish documentation.
• Produce 3D renderings and visual presentations using Enscape and related software.
• Generate design options and presentation materials for client review.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.

Qualifications

Required

• Degree in Interior Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Experience creating construction documents and technical drawings.
• Ability to accurately field measure and document existing conditions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with Enscape.
• Experience in hospitality, casino, hotel, restaurant, or commercial interiors.
• Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and construction practices.
• Experience coordinating with consultants and contractors.
• Hand sketching and presentation skills are a plus.

• Competitive salary based on experience. $55,000 - 75,000
