As Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple structural steel and metal construction projects from award through completion

• Coordinate with engineering, detailing, fabrication, field operations, subcontractors, and clients

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and overall project performance

• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation

• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project communications

• Track project risks and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery

• Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

• Ensure projects progress efficiently while meeting quality and safety expectations

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of project management experience within structural steel or miscellaneous metals.

• Strong understanding of fabrication and construction project workflows

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and schedules

• Experience with construction management or fabrication software would be beneficial
