WE’RE HIRING – SENIOR ESTIMATOR

Summit Drywall and Paint Inc. is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to help us continue building one of the premier commercial Drywall and Paint contractors in the Colorado market and expanding into others.

Cold-Formed Metal Framing

Drywall

Acoustical Ceilings

Painting & Finishes

Our projects range from large multifamily developments and hotels to commercial projects.

We’re looking for someone who wants to help build and lead a top tier preconstruction department.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of commercial estimating experience

• Understanding of cold formed metal framing, drywall and paint scopes

• Ability to review plans, identify scope gaps, and develop winning bid strategies

• Experience with Stack, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, OST, or similar software

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• A team player who wants to grow with a rapidly expanding company

• Someone who is based in the Denver metro area as our office is located in Centennial, CO (Role would be office based)

• Competitive salary ranging from $60,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience)
