Collington, a premier Life Plan Community, is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Executive Leadership Team.

As a key partner to the CEO and Board of Directors, the CFO will help shape the future of a vibrant community dedicated to excellence in senior living. This role offers the opportunity to lead financial strategy, oversee complex operations, support long-term growth initiatives, and ensure the organization's continued financial strength and sustainability.

We're looking for a leader who brings:

Executive-level financial leadership experience

Strategic planning and business acumen

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and capital planning

Strong communication and Board partnership skills

A passion for mission-driven organizations and servant leadership

Experience in senior living, healthcare, nonprofit, or complex service organizations is highly desirable.
