Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 annually

Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,250 – $1,538/week

Job Summary

The Human Resource Lead Specialist is responsible for leading daily HR operations, employee relations, compliance, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and workforce planning. This role serves as a key resource to leadership and managers while ensuring HR practices remain compliant, efficient, and employee-focused.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
  • Experience with employee relations, investigations, and performance management
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM-CP Certification
  • PHR Certification
  • Previous Healthcare Human Resources experience
  • Experience supporting multi-site or growing organizations

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain audit-ready employee records
  • Ensure HRIS data accuracy and integrity
  • Manage I-9, licensure, credentialing, and compliance documentation
  • Support regulatory audits and compliance initiatives

Employee Relations & Performance Management

  • Conduct investigations and document findings
  • Advise managers on corrective actions and performance issues
  • Support Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
  • Coordinate employee evaluations and coaching initiatives

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Lead recruitment and hiring processes
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends

Training & Workforce Planning

  • Coordinate compliance training and continuing education requirements
  • Maintain job descriptions and workforce planning initiatives

Payroll & Benefits

  • Ensure accurate employee data for payroll processing
  • Support benefits administration and employee enrollments

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • 100% employee file compliance
  • 100% I-9 compliance
  • Zero major audit findings
  • Positions filled within 30 days
  • 100% onboarding completion within 7 days
  • 90%+ 90-day employee retention
