Backed by top VC firms, our client is a rapidly growing SaaS company that enables airports to optimize their operations and passenger experience. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the primary liaison between the business and 20-25 US customers, providing guidance & support, ensuring successful product adoption, and driving client satisfaction, renewals, and account expansion.
Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Location: Remote - must be based in ET or CST and eligble to work for any US employer. No sponsorship or C2C can be provided.
Required Skills
- 3+ years professional experience in customer success role within a rapidly growing SaaS organization
- Experience interfacing with diverse clients - from commercial, SMB, mid-market, and enterprise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to manage client expectations
- Experience and ability to push back internally and externally to clients, and having confidence to balance expectations from all sides
- High EQ and strong ability to read the room, and understand the sentiment of customer signals
- Successful track record of improving customer retention, driving renewals and account expansion
- Experience executing both reactive and proactive responsibilities
Additional Skills
- Experience working in a start-up environment and ability to shape the role, take initiative, and execute with minimal supervision
- Understanding of cloud-offerings and benefits of cloud-infrastructure
- Experience interfacing with diverse stakeholders across IT, Operations, Finance (all levels)
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 base salary (Based on experience & level), plus 10% annual cash bonus and equity
