Production & Warehouse Associate

Apollo Designs

About the Role

Apollo Designs manufactures and supplies hospitality furniture and fixtures. We're hiring a hands-on Production & Warehouse Associate to help build, assemble, and ship our products. This role starts on the production floor and is built to grow — as you take on more, your pay grows with you.

What You'll Do

  • Operate machines to fabricate furniture components
  • Assemble furniture pieces into finished products
  • Operate a forklift to move materials, boxes, and furniture (training/certification provided as needed)
  • Build pallets, pack furniture, and prep shipments
  • Move and organize boxes, materials, and finished goods around the shop

Where This Role Goes

Once you've learned the operation, there's a clear path to take on more:

  • Manage inventory across the warehouse
  • Oversee shipping and outbound logistics
  • Manage incoming orders from start to finish
  • Lead and train other team members

Pay & Growth

Starting pay is $15/hour. This is not a fixed-ceiling job — pay increases are tied to the responsibilities you take on, the initiative you show, and the leadership you demonstrate. The more you own, the more you earn.

Schedule

Generally 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, though start and end times can shift earlier or later depending on workload. Two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch provided.

Physical Requirements

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
  • Able to stand on your feet throughout the full shift
  • Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable with physical work
  • Mechanically inclined and willing to learn machine operation and assembly
  • Forklift experience a plus, but we'll train the right person
  • Self-starter who looks for ways to be useful without being asked
  • Interest in growing into a leadership/management role over time
  • Reliable transportation to and from the facility
