Job Purpose:The primary responsibility of a Talent Acquisition Specialist is to coordinate recruitment efforts for EPI. Hiring Rate $23.50

  • Partner with hiring managers to post openings, coordinate job fairs, open interview at various work sites, and use social media to fill vacancies.
  • Responsible for screening resumes and coordinating applicant flow via a variety of recruitment sources.
  • Assist hiring managers with interviews as needed and ensure alignment with company values.
  • Review and update Recruitment Processes frequently, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and revising as necessary.
  • Always deliver top-notch customer service while maintaining professional composure.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government regulations affecting human resources functions related to the hiring process.
  • Be a role model in terms of policy compliance, workplace safety, judicious use of financial resources, and constructive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion concerning onboarding information and other personnel actions.
  • Ensure information is accurate at all times
  • May serve on established and/or ad hoc agency committees or project teams as requested. Education and Experience:
  • Min. Associates degree in related field. Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred; or combination of education and experience in Human Resources.
  • Excellent organizational skills; must be detailed oriented, able to multitask and make decisions independently within regulatory guidelines.
  • Able to work in a demanding environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and demands
  • Able to establish priorities and meet deadlines
  • Must have strong people skills to manage sensitive and confidential situations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, effective presentation skills.

  • Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation software, and search engines.
  • Work requires continuous diligence in composing, typing, and proofing materials
  • Complete required regulatory training within 90 days of being hired and annually thereafter.
  • Maintain current certifications with all required trainings and regulatory matters pertaining to hiring, to include I-9 guidelines.
  • Must be receptive to feedback; willing and interested in continuous improvement and leadership development.
  • Able to work independently and as a collaborator
