Role Summary

We’re looking for a versatile marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of data, design, and execution. This role blends marketing analytics, creativity, and campaign support to help support initiatives and measure their impact.

The salary for this role will be between $60,000 and $80,000 a year. The specific salary offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience. Hired candidate may be eligible for healthcare benefits, 401K plan, short term & long-term disability coverage, life insurance, vacation & sick time, educational assistance, and several holidays. What You’ll Do

Marketing Analytics and Insights

• Track and report on campaign performance across marketing initiatives
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports with support of Riverview’s Business Intelligence team
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights
• Support campaign optimization and performance tracking

Graphic Design and Creative Support

• Design marketing assets (ads, print materials, email graphics)
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials
• Support campaign creative and visual storytelling
• Assist with event and community marketing collateral

Marketing Systems and Platforms

• Work within marketing platforms (email marketing tools, analytics dashboards)
• Support list management, segmentation, and campaign setup
• Provide light social media and website support/updates as needed (not a primary function)

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5+ years of experience in marketing or related field
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
• Comfort working in marketing platforms and learning new systems
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee is required to use computer and office equipment such as a computer, printer, copier, as well as computer software such as Microsoft Office. You may also frequently be required to occupy a workstation for long periods of time.
