RECRUITING & ONBOARDING SPECIALIST
Full-Time | Reports to Sr. Director, People Operations
This is a ground-floor opportunity to join an early-stage HR team and help shape what it becomes. You will be the second member of a two-person People Operations team, working directly alongside the Sr. Director of People Operations to stand up and scale a recruiting and onboarding function from the inside out.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the full recruitment lifecycle across our current portfolio of 6+ companies across 4 states, from job posting and sourcing through screening, offer, and onboarding. You will work closely with General Managers and hiring managers to understand what great looks like for each role, and then go find it. You will also own and continuously improve the onboarding experience that sets new hires up to stay and succeed.
WHO YOU ARE: You are curious by nature and confident in your instincts. You ask good questions, you listen carefully, and you trust your read on people. You are energized by building, not intimidated by it. You do not need a fully built playbook to get started, but you are disciplined enough to write one as you go. You understand that getting in early means your fingerprints are on everything, and that is exactly what excites you. You are comfortable being a team of two and understand that in a small team, your contributions are visible, your judgment matters, and your growth is real.
