Marketing Manager
VERO Biotech
The Marketing Manager will support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive company growth, product commercialization, and brand positioning within the biotech/medical device marketplace. This role is responsible for executing marketing programs across product marketing, digital campaigns, and demand generation while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and leadership teams.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Build annual marketing plans, budgets, and KPIs
- Identify market opportunities and competitive positioning strategies
- Drive brand awareness and corporate positioning
Product & Commercial Marketing
- Lead go-to-market and commercialization strategies
- Develop product positioning and messaging
- Support product launches and lifecycle marketing
- Translate scientific and technical data into customer-facing value propositions
Digital & Demand Generation
- Website optimization
- SEO/SEM
- Email campaigns
- Social media
- Marketing automation
- Drive lead generation and pipeline growth initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI
Market Intelligence
- Competitive analysis

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field required
- MBA preferred
Experience
- 4 – 7+ years of progressive marketing experience
- 3 – 5+ years in biotech, medical device, diagnostics, or life sciences preferred
- Experience with commercialization and product launches strongly preferred
- Experience managing marketing budgets and teams
