This role requires commitment to both the Recess program and the ASP for the full school year. The Asst Site Lead is expected to be present and reliable for all scheduled programming days.
ANTS Sports is seeking a dependable, energetic, and experienced Assistant Site Lead to support our after-school sports programs and morning recess program across West Portal Elementary, Dianne Feinstein Elementary, and Miraloma Elementary. This role works directly alongside the Site Lead to help deliver a fun, safe, and structured sports experience for K–5th grade students.
While serving as the #2 in the After School Program is a familiar and expected part of this role, the defining responsibility that sets this position apart is Recess. The Assistant Site Lead will be expected to help lead or support Recess programming, including at sites where no Site Lead is present. This requires someone who can run a high-quality session independently, manage a group of students confidently, and represent ANTS with professionalism on any campus.
This is a great position for someone who enjoys working with children, leading others, and growing in the field of youth sports education.
