We are seeking a remote Client Experience Specialist to support clients through scheduling, coordination, and service-related communication in a fast-paced remote environment. The role is suited to individuals who are organized, reliable, and enjoy working directly with people in a structured support capacity. This is a remote position with training provided. What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage client communications and respond to support requests in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate schedules and handle appointment-related tasks
- Assist with service updates, follow-ups, and related client outreach
- Maintain accurate records and update systems to reflect client interactions
- Deliver a consistent, professional client experience across channels
