Senior Data Analyst

Location Richardson TX Onsite

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detailoriented Senior Data Analyst to support enterprise data initiatives This role is focused on data quality business insights variance analysis and statistical evaluation enabling informed decisionmaking across business units

The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset with handson expertise in data analysis PythonR scripting and data validation rather than engineeringheavy data pipeline development

Key Responsibilities

Perform data analysis across multiple enterprise systems to identify trends anomalies and actionable insights

Ensure data quality integrity and consistency through validation checks audits and reconciliation processes

Conduct variance analysis to compare planned vs actual metrics and highlight key business deviations

Apply basic statistical models to interpret data patterns and support business decisionmaking

Develop and maintain analytical models scripts and dashboards using Python or R

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate analytical findings into meaningful insights

Prepare clear concise reports and visualizations for leadership and operational teams

Support data governance initiatives by identifying data gaps and recommending improvements

Perform root cause analysis on key metric deviations and provide recommendations for corrective actions

Document data analysis processes assumptions and findings for traceability and auditability

Required Skills Qualifications

Core Skills

Strong expertise in data analysis data profiling and data validation

Handson experience with Python or R for data analysis and scripting

Solid understanding of basic statistics mean variance correlation regression trend analysis

Experience in variance analysis and business performance tracking

Advanced proficiency in Excel pivot tables data modeling formulas

Data Tools

Experience working with SQL and relational databases

Familiarity with BI tools Power BI Tableau or similar for data visualization

Exposure to large datasets and enterprise data environments

Analytical Business Skills

Strong problemsolving and analytical thinking

Ability to derive insights from complex datasets

Excellent communication skills to present datadriven insights to business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in real estate facilities management or enterprise operations

Exposure to data governance or data quality frameworks

Experience supporting business performance reporting KPI frameworks

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
