We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Clerk to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is motivated by helping others, committed to excellence, detail-oriented, and possesses strong oral and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This individual should have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Clerk at our office in The Woodlands, TX, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Responsibilities include data entry, electronic and physical file preparation, maintaining file organization, assisting attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks as needed, serving as a witness and/or notary in client meetings, preparing conference rooms for attorney meetings, answering and directing phone calls, maintaining office supply inventory, and performing miscellaneous office errands and special projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle client and colleague interactions professionally
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using office software and systems, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration or related fields are a plus
- Previous experience in a legal or estate planning setting is an advantage
