Sr. Director of Strategy and Operations

OLIVIA Professional Solutions

About OLIVIA

OLIVIA Professional Solutions places HIPAA-certified virtual assistants with home care agencies across the United States. Founded by a nurse and former home care agency owner, we have grown into a trusted partner for home care operators nationwide, and we are scaling. We are hiring a Senior Director of Strategy and Operations to help lead that next stage of growth.

The role

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead our operations and delivery teams, turn strategy into an executable plan, and build the systems that let the company scale while keeping service quality high. This is a senior leadership role with a path into senior executive leadership for the right person.

What you will do

• Lead and develop the company's team leaders.

• Translate the CEO's vision into an executable operating plan with clear goals and metrics.

• Drive client retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value as the company grows.

• Build the operating systems, KPIs, and rhythms that make growth repeatable.

• Represent OLIVIA at U.S. industry conferences and with partners.

What we are looking for

• You have scaled a service business, not just managed one, with measurable growth you personally drove.

• Senior operating leadership, including experience managing managers.

• Background in staffing, recruiting, BPO, home care, home health, or comparable services.

• Strong, inspiring leadership: clear expectations, real delegation, and team development.

• Experience leading remote or distributed teams, ideally including offshore teams.

• U.S. based, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to travel domestically.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling a BPO, outsourcing, staffing, recruitment agencies/companies.

• Experience in home care, home health, or health care services.

• Experience scaling a founder-led company into its next stage.

How to apply

  • Send your resume and a short note to ***email_hidden*** describing a service business you scaled: what grew, by how much, and the systems you built to make the growth hold.
