Job Title: Shift Material Handler

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay & Schedule: $18+ 1st Shift Action Group Staffing is currently seeking experienced

Material Handlers for a well-established manufacturing facility in Tulsa. This position plays a key role in supporting production operations by ensuring materials are accurately moved, staged, and tracked throughout the facility. If you have solid warehouse experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience required
• Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus)
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to safety procedures and company policies
• Pass drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Move materials and products throughout the facility using forklifts or pallet jacks
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Stage materials for production and ensure timely delivery to workstations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required documentation
• Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
