Video Monitors to join our growing Security Surveillance Division. In this role, you will serve as the eyes and ears of our clients, monitoring live surveillance systems, identifying potential threats, and helping coordinate responses that protect people, property, and critical assets.

What You'll Do

As a Video Monitor, you'll actively observe live surveillance systems, identify suspicious or unusual activity, document incidents, and communicate with clients, field personnel, and emergency responders when necessary.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring multiple camera systems and surveillance platforms
  • Identifying security threats, suspicious activity, and safety concerns
  • Responding to alarms, alerts, and critical incidents
  • Communicating with clients, field teams, dispatchers, and law enforcement
  • Documenting incidents accurately and professionally
  • Reviewing recorded footage for investigations and client requests
  • Maintaining detailed activity logs and monitoring records

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain focus for extended periods
  • Ability to pass required background screening and drug testing

Preferred

  • Previous security, surveillance, dispatch, CCTV, or monitoring experience
  • Security license
  • Experience working in law enforcement, public safety, emergency communications, or related fields

Schedule & Work Environment

Our monitoring center operates 24/7, providing opportunities for various schedules.

Candidates must be available to work:

  • Days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Overtime when operational demands require

This position is primarily office-based and involves extended periods of monitoring surveillance systems and responding to incidents in real time.
