In this role, you will assist clients with planning, coordinating, and managing personalized experiences while delivering exceptional service and support throughout every stage of the process.
As a Client Support Specialist, you will communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and goals. You will research options, coordinate reservations, provide recommendations, and help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience from initial consultation through completion. Responsibilities may include assisting with vacations, cruises, special celebrations, accommodations, transportation arrangements, and other customized experiences.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to outstanding customer service are essential. Candidates should be comfortable using email, online platforms, and web-based systems to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records.
