The families who select Alpha rely on trusted advisors across every dimension of their lives. This is the relationship they've been waiting for.

You'll become the person they reach out to when uncertainty arises, when instinct tells them something needs attention, or when they want to share a milestone they know you'll appreciate. You'll understand each family deeply enough to foresee their needs before they surface—and you'll possess the judgment and composure to address whatever they bring with discretion, genuine warmth, and apparent ease. Over time, you won't simply be connected to their child's education. You'll be woven into the way they experience this formative period of their family's journey.

This level of trust isn't achieved through systems. It's earned through presence—steady, consistent, and generous with time. You'll be there during morning arrivals and afternoon departures, at evening gatherings that hold significance, and in private conversations that rarely appear on any schedule. You'll cultivate a community that families actively protect, where inclusion feels organic and referrals arise naturally from the quality of the experience.

Alpha departs from conventional schooling. Students complete their core academic work in two hours daily using AI-powered applications, then dedicate remaining time to public speaking, critical thinking, and hands-on projects. No traditional lectures. No unnecessary assignments. Top 1% outcomes across the nation. The families who commit are investing in something they truly value—but conviction requires ongoing nurture.

You'll sustain that dialogue with every family, addressing every uncertainty, for the duration of their child's enrollment. If articulating and defending a non-traditional model to discerning skeptics feels burdensome, this position isn't suitable. If it represents the most compelling conversation you could be engaged in, continue reading.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Take ownership of the relationship with every family on campus—the evolving, deepening connection that ensures parents feel genuinely known, not merely attended to
  • Identify concerns before they escalate into formal conversations, and address them with the discretion and interpersonal skill that preserves trust
  • Maintain visible presence in the spaces families occupy: morning drop-off (7–9am), afternoon pick-up (2–4pm), evening parent gatherings, and select weekend activities
  • Develop a campus community with authentic richness—events, rituals, and connection points that foster a sense of belonging worth safeguarding
  • Nurture parent advocates through organic means, delivering experiences of such consistent quality that referrals emerge as a natural byproduct
  • Sustain the ongoing dialogue about Alpha's AI-powered approach with families managing screen time questions, skeptical relatives, and moments of hesitation—not only during enrollment, but continuously throughout their campus experience
  • Recognize when a family's alignment isn't right and manage that transition with the same care you apply to all interactions—preserving the community is integral to serving it
  • Establish the systems and rhythms this position demands in a setting where standard operating procedures are still emerging

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Overseeing enrollment—that responsibility belongs to the Admissions Director; your work commences when families enroll and intensifies thereafter
  • Operating from behind a desk—your visible presence within the community defines the role
  • Adhering to standard 9–5 schedules—early mornings, late afternoons, and evening commitments are integral to the position, not occasional add-ons
  • Relying on administrative infrastructure, established protocols, or a fully staffed team—you'll function with significant autonomy and create what's necessary
  • Approaching family relationships as transactional accounts—this role values authentic connection over procedural execution
