Ideal Background

• Project Manager experience with a Commercial General Contractor
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Commercial Construction experience - Industrial/Warehousing/Distribution Center preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Candidates must be based, commutable, or willing to relocate to Jacksonville, FL
