Bright Minds is seeking a Workforce Onboarding Specialist to support the onboarding, compliance, and equipment issuance process for union and non-union field employees. This position is based in an office environment connected to an active warehouse and operations facility supporting utility and construction field personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate new hire onboarding, including I-9s, E-Verify, drug screenings, employee records, and system setup
• Issue company phones, fuel cards, PPE, FR clothing, and other company property
• Conduct new hire orientation and training on company programs, safety requirements, and field technology tools
• Maintain employee compliance records, including driver's licenses and medical cards
• Order, organize, and track PPE inventory and employee equipment assignments
• Support warehouse operations, shipments, deliveries, and inventory organization as needed
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets, tracking logs, and onboarding documentation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in onboarding, HR support, safety administration, operations support, or workforce coordination
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with field employees, skilled trades personnel, and operations teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
